GRATITUDE FOR GOD’S PROMISE TO EVE

Jesus did not just appear on the scene when He was born in Bethlehem. In fact, Jesus created the earth and all that is in it!
Colossians 1:13-15 The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For in Him all things were created, things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities. All things were created through Him and for Him.
The entire Bible tells the story of Jesus, our Messiah, our Savior. Adam and Eve had eaten of the forbidden fruit and suffered the consequences of their disobedience, but God first promised the Savior to Eve in Genesis 3:15. This is the first gem of grace we mine from God’s word! We need to be grateful that the Lord did not leave humankind in their fallen state but instead provided the way for us to be reunited in fellowship with Him. We are all born with a sinful nature:
Romans 3:23 . . . for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God . . .
However, because of God’s glorious grace, we can be redeemed—adopted into His forever family—by trusting in His Son, Jesus, and surrendering our will to His.
Romans 3:24 . . . and are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.
If you have never placed your entire trust in Jesus Christ, please see Jewels of Salvation in the back of this book or contact us via our website www.preciousjewelsministries.com as we would love to introduce you to our precious Savior!
Father, today we are grateful that You chose to send Your Son to redeem us. Thank You for first giving the hope to Eve that Satan would be crushed by her Descendent whom we now know as Jesus!
